When a child is born, so are the parents. Mumma, make healing a priority for you and your family in your Matrescence - when you transition from woman to mother <3
The Fourth Trimester is the transitional period between birth and 12 weeks postpartum during which your newborn is adjusting to the world. It is during this period that you too are adjusting to your parenthood. Often new parents can be left feeling isolated, unsure and drained as sleep deprivation and the challenges of raising a child set in. Make healing a priority for you and your family so you can begin to thrive in your postpartum.
These online courses are designed with you, the newborn parent, in mind.

It was great to have something to focus on that dealt with what was happening once our baby was born. I loved the videos from experts and practical advice around breastfeeding and the PDF shopping lists, meal ideas and goal setting. Thanks Pip!

Read MoreThis online toolkit and the presentation Pip did for us cover so many areas that we really didn't know too much about heading into the fourth trimester. It is a really tough time for first time parents and understanding why we feel the way we feel at times has helped us to come to terms with the challenges that came our way - particularly in those first six weeks. In particular, we found it really helpful to understand more about the hormonal changes that impact mums and the guides around exercise and nutrition have been really useful for us. We found that talking more about identity and how this changes so suddenly when you have your first child also helps reduce the impact that this has had on us. Overall I would highly recommend this to any first time parents. Getting familiar with the content ahead of time would be optimal but you'll find yourself needing it most during those first 6-8 weeks. Thanks Pip for the comprehensive toolkit!
